We try our best to ensure that your order looks as close as possible to the photos on our website. However, since many of our products involve natural elements or artisanal processes, slight variations may occur — a reminder that real beauty isn’t mass-produced 🌸
Our Promise
If your flowers are wilted on delivery we will gladly replace the bouquet. However, please note that refunds are not issued in such cases.
Substitutions & Availability
In case a particular flower, product, vase, or box shown in the image is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar item of the same or higher value, maintaining the essence of the design. Refunds will not be issued for such substitutions.
If you opt to upgrade to a different arrangement or product due to unavailability, any price difference will be charged to you.
Cancellations & Changes
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or rerouted to another address. We do not offer refunds for cancellations.
If needed, we may offer you a credit note, valid for 3 months, which can be used on future orders.
Delivery
Please double-check your delivery address before placing the order.
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- The recipient being unavailable
- A locked house
- Refusal to accept
…the order will still be considered delivered and no refunds will be issued.
For perishable items like flowers or cakes, we attempt delivery only once.
Product Variation
Due to the handmade nature of many of our gifts and the seasonal availability of materials, slight differences in color, shape, packaging, or size may be present. These are not defects, but a natural part of what makes our products special.
We may also deliver a similar or alternate product in cases where it is unavoidable, such as stock shortages or delays, without prior notice.
