Single Delivery Attempt
Because many of our products are perishable in nature (like fresh flowers), we are able to attempt delivery only once. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect/incomplete, the order will be marked as delivered, and no refund will be issued.
Weather Conditions
In the event of unavoidable delays due to bad weather conditions such as heavy rains, flooding, or other natural disruptions, we will deliver your order as soon as it is safe and possible. Please note that no refunds will be issued due to delays caused by such circumstances.
Changes After Placing an Order
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes to the:
- Delivery address
- Delivery date or time
- Message card or any other customization
We request you to double-check all details before placing the order.
Estimated Delivery Time
The delivery time chosen at checkout is an approximate window. While we aim to meet your preferred timing, the exact time of delivery may vary depending on product availability, delivery partner schedules, and the destination address.
