Return & Refund Policy

At Shubhkamnayeh, every order is handcrafted with care and love. Since many of our products are perishable and made to order, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Cancellations & Refunds

if you wish to cancel your order, you must do so at least 8 hours before dispatch. In such cases, we may offer a credit note instead of a refund. The credit note will be valid for 3 months and can be used on any future purchase.

Cancellations requested after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Replacement for Wilted Flowers

If your flowers are wilted on delivery we will gladly replace the bouquet.

To request a replacement, please email us at support@shubhkamnayeh.com with:

• A photo of the wilted flowers
• Your order reference number
• A brief note on the issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement at the earliest possible time.

Natural Variation

Please remember that flowers are a product of nature and not factory produced. While we try our best to match the photos and quality shown on the website, variations in color, bloom size, or texture may occur based on seasonality and availability.
